HeyDj privacy policy

HeyDj is only here to sell records, we are not interested in anything else. Any confidential or personal address details you supply to our company in the process of registering or placing an order will NOT be passed on to any other company or person not employed by HeyDj. We do NOT send unsolicited e-mails to customers.

We DO NOT take or store any credit card or bank details on our website or shopping cart, all payment is made offsite at either HSBC or Paypal, these companies are responsible for the security of all payments processed. For your peace of mind HSBC adhere to strict policies with regards to who they allow to use their online merchant account as a payment gateway, they are also tough on fraud as are we. We have the right to accept or decline any orders as we see fit before they are credited to our account.

We are a professional set up and we take our customers personal information very seriously, you will only be asked for the minimum details when placing an order on HeyDj.com, these are:
1. Your full name.
2. Email address.
3. Contact Telephone number (preferably a landline). - *This will only be used if we need to contact you regarding an order you have placed with HeyDj.
3. Current Delivery Address (please take the time to ensure this is correct).

You are then passed to the secure payment gateway away from HeyDj.com where you will need to input your credit card, bank or Paypal details to finish the transaction.
Our shopping cart is secure, we use C.O.M.O.D.O. so that your order details are encrypted in your browser before they are sent to the payment gateways.
