Shipping info


HeyDj.com is a small company and generally all titles listed will either be in stock or will be on immediate re-order.

* We DO NOT charge your card or bank until the order is packed and dispatched.

* To make things simple we DO NOT charge you extra for ordering a double LP or CD album, this is the same cost as a single LP or CD. We use strengthened padded packaging for extra peace of mind.

* Most of our titles will be updated to show whether they are in stock or on order, if we find that a title is no longer available or if there will be a wait longer than a couple of days we will contact you to let you know, at which point you can decide to either wait for the out of stock items to arrive (we will reserve the item/s that are already in stock) or we will happily send the items in stock and send the out of stock items/s when they arrive at HeyDJ. Alternatively we will refund the amount paid for the "out of stock" item/s or you may choose an alternative title.

* HeyDj.com hopes to process "In Stock" orders as quickly as possible. UK delivery time usually takes between 1-3 working days. Delivery times to non UK addresses vary from 3-7 days, dependent on distance from the UK and the reliability of your local postal service.

* We currently send items 1st class, if you would like a more secure postal service please contact us before making payment and we will happily oblige.

* For UK orders, if you do not receive your parcel within 10 working days please contact us immediately (after this time we will assume your order has arrived safely). For non UK orders, if your order has not reached you by 28 days please contact us immediately (after this time we will assume your order has arrived safely). In both instances, if the order fails to reach you by the given time or it arrives and an item is damaged we will either offer a refund or resend the order free of charge (if in stock).

HeyDj reserves the right NOT to serve customers who make regular requests for returns either because of an order error or a faulty item. We are here to help out if its a genuine problem, we value all custom and will do all we can to get it right first time with the information you provide.. we value honesty and hope you do too.
